"Whenever I go to Woody Grill I always receive a warm welcome and great food. I used to come here mainly for the grilled chicken or lamb but the stews which can be seen on the right as you walk in, are delicious and comforting. This is the kind of place that embodies a good meal out without white tablecloths or breaking the bank. An excellent choice if you want a good meal out with a couple of friends. You are also welcomed with complimentary bread and dips when you dine in."

"The staff were incredibly polite and professional, and the food was excellent. When you order a main course, they also offer complimentary sides such as cacık, hummus, aubergine meze, fresh bread, and a salad. The portions were very generous—both the ribs and the soup were outstanding.They also offered us a piece of baklava after the meal, which was a lovely touch. The only downside is that, like many other Turkish restaurants, they don’t add a service charge. I personally think they should, as people working in the service industry truly deserve it. Another point is that the music was quite loud; having some soft Turkish tango music in the background would create a much nicer atmosphere."
